However, it’s not always possible; sometimes the abusive or narcissistic behaviour of your ex-partner can leave you feeling vulnerable and unable to communicate with them

One day, they are the love of your life and the next you are faced with a future without them.

You may not even realise how controlling or abusive their behaviour became until you leave the relationship and reflect back.
