The past eighteen months we won’t forget in a hurry, full of ups and downs and uncertainty for many of us. I hope you and your families have managed to get through it, and focusing on a better life after lockdown.

Life after lockdown for ISJ Financial Planning, things are now getting more on an even keel, I felt now is a great time to update you with what I’ve been up to and share some exciting news.

I have recently qualified as a Certified Relational Financial Planning Coach (CRFP).  I know, a bit of a mouthful but what this means is, I have developed my skills, meaning I now have the tools to be able to help more clients to engage in their financial planning and enjoy financial freedom.

As most of you know we have recently celebrated five years in business and have moved into new premises local to my home. This allows me to continue with my passion of providing advice in the local community.

I have also invested some time in my other passion of supporting fellow business owners so I have set up a local, monthly networking group to help businesses and individuals to build connections and share ideas. This has been really successful and is held on the first Thursday of every month.

We are entering the award season in the Business and Financial Services world.

Whilst 2020 was a washout for awards, this year most awards a back with a bang and I am SUPER pleased to say I have been shortlisted as a finalist for several awards.

I’m always proud to shout about being shortlisted and winning awards, I think it helps to spotlight how I strive to be constantly the best in terms of technical advice and empowering clients to live the best lives they can.

I’m immensely proud to be different in a profession that is still very male dominated and with very few people of colour.  I have my clients to thank for choosing me to help them build safe and secure financial future.
